4 drops nightly for gut reset

Your gut has been sending signals for years It is time to listen.

GUTNOL™ is a 17-ingredient Ayurvedic nabhi oil by Ajayveda™  developed from Dr. Ajayita’s 25+ years of clinical Ayurvedic practice that works through the navel to reset your digestive fire, reduce bloating, balance Agni, and restore your gut to its natural rhythm.

Why 4 drops in your navel resets your gut — not a probiotic, not a tablet, not a fibre supplement

The navel and the gut are the same system. Anatomy confirms it today.

The Ayurvedic view

In Ayurveda, the navel (Nabhi) is not just an anatomical feature  it is the original seat of Agni, the digestive fire. Every classical Ayurvedic text Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridayam  places the Nabhi at the centre of digestive health.

Agni governs not just physical digestion but the transformation of everything the body receives  food, emotions, experiences. When Agni is weak (Manda Agni), the result is Ama  undigested toxic residue that accumulates in the gut, causing bloating, heaviness, irregular bowel, acidity, and fatigue.

Nabhi Chikitsa  navel therapy  is the classical Ayurvedic method for directly stimulating Agni through the navel. Medicated oils applied at the navel penetrate the local tissue and activate the digestive nerve network that originates at this point.

The gut and the navel are inseparable in both classical Ayurveda and modern anatomy. In my practice, I have recommended nabhi oil to patients with chronic constipation, post-meal bloating, IBS, and sluggish digestion for over a decade. The consistent observation is this  when you combine the right botanical actives with the nabhi application route and nightly clockwise massage, the results are visible within 7 to 10 days in most patients. Not because it is magic. Because you are delivering the actives exactly where the digestive nerve network originates.

What modern anatomy says

The navel sits directly above the solar plexus  the largest autonomic nerve network in the abdomen. This network connects directly to the enteric nervous system, which governs all digestive function: motility, enzyme secretion, gut flora balance, and the gut-brain axis.

The skin around the navel is among the thinnest on the body and sits above a rich network of blood vessels. Lipophilic botanical compounds  plant oils, essential oils  cross this barrier efficiently and reach the subdermal tissue within minutes of application.

Gentle circular massage at the navel during application mechanically stimulates the underlying intestinal tissue, improving peristalsis  the wave-like gut contractions that drive digestion and elimination. The combination of botanical transdermal absorption and mechanical peristaltic stimulation makes nabhi application a genuinely effective gut intervention  not a ritual.

VIJAYA LEAF EXTRACT: WHAT THE 2% ACTUALLY CONTAINS

The 2% Vijaya Leaf Extract is not a simple herbal powder. It is a standardised phytochemical complex extracted from Cannabis sativa leaves that contains

  • Cannabidiol (CBD) — non-psychoactive cannabinoid. Acts on CB2 receptors in joint synovium and peripheral immune cells. Clinically demonstrated reduction in joint inflammation and nociceptor sensitisation.
  • Cannabigerol (CBG) — precursor cannabinoid with documented analgesic and antibacterial properties. Acts on both CB1 and CB2 receptors. Anti-inflammatory via TRP channel modulation.
  • Beta-caryophyllene (terpene) — a dietary cannabinoid found in cannabis leaf that selectively activates CB2 receptors. Present in the extract as a natural anti-inflammatory co-factor
  • Myrcene (terpene) — sedative and muscle-relaxant terpene. Enhances the penetration of other cannabinoids across the skin barrier (the ‘entourage effect’). Reduces muscle spasm and referred nerve pain.
  • No THC — Vijaya Leaf Extract in this formula contains no tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). It is non-psychoactive, non-addictive, and completely legal under Indian AYUSH regulations.

HEMP SEED OIL: WHY 98% IS NOT A COMPROMISE

Hemp seed oil is chosen as the base for Flamnol — not as a cost-saving measure, but as a clinical choice. Mineral oil, which is the base of most topical pain products including Volini and similar gels, is a petroleum byproduct with no therapeutic activity. It sits on the skin surface and acts only as a lubricant. Hemp seed oil, in contrast:

  • Penetrates 3–4 layers of dermis — comparable to prescription transdermal patch carriers —
delivering the Vijaya Leaf Extract into the joint capsule and adjacent tissue.
  • Contains Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and Omega-6 (linoleic acid) in a 1:3 ratio — the
optimal ratio for anti-inflammatory fatty acid signalling. These fatty acids compete with
arachidonic acid in the COX pathway, reducing the inflammatory substrate.
  • Contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) — a potent anti-inflammatory fatty acid that reduces joint
inflammation through the DGLA pathway, separately from the COX mechanism.
  • Absorbs fully without residue — unlike coconut oil or sesame oil, hemp seed oil has a dry skin
feel and does not leave a greasy film. This is clinically significant: oils that sit on the surface are
    not penetrating.

Frequently asked questions

Skeptical about nabhi oil for gut health? Good. Here are direct answers.

How does applying oil on the navel affect the gut? This sounds like pseudoscience.

It sounds counterintuitive but the anatomy is straightforward. The navel sits directly above the solar plexus — the largest autonomic nerve network in the abdomen, directly connected to every digestive organ. The skin around the navel is thin and highly permeable — lipophilic botanical compounds cross it efficiently. Clockwise massage mechanically stimulates intestinal peristalsis through the abdominal wall. The combination of botanical transdermal absorption and mechanical peristaltic stimulation produces measurable gut effects. Every ingredient in GUTNOL™ — Ginger, Ajwain, Fennel, Hing, Triphala, Castor Oil — has independent published research supporting digestive efficacy. The navel route makes them more targeted, not less effective.

At 4 drops per night, one 10ml bottle lasts approximately 50 nights — nearly 7 weeks. If you’re using the additional morning massage step as part of your routine, expect closer to 25 nights per bottle. For a full 21-day course, ordering two bottles together can help you avoid running out mid-routine.

Most nabhi oils marketed for gut health are primarily coconut oil or sesame oil with trace herbal extracts — they have no meaningful dose of the actives that drive gut outcomes. GUTNOL™ contains 17 ingredients specifically selected for different dimensions of gut function — Hing and Ajwain for gas, Castor Oil and Triphala for bowel regularity, Ginger and Pippali for Agni, Sea Buckthorn and Kalonji for gut flora and mucosal repair. This is a precisely formulated blend, not a generic wellness oil.

We advise against use without your gynaecologist’s approval. Castor Oil has uterine-stimulating properties and is generally avoided during pregnancy. Pippali is also traditionally used with caution during pregnancy in classical Ayurveda. Please do not use GUTNOL™ during pregnancy without explicit clearance from your doctor.
