HOW TO USE

Warm the bottle in your palms. Roll on the temples, centre of the forehead, around the ears and the base of the skull. Massage in gentle circles for 3 to 5 minutes, then rest with your eyes closed for 10 minutes. For external use only. Patch test before first use. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.
